Annually there is a Car Meet held each year on the first weekend in October in Bishop, California.  This meet is known as the Fall Colors Meet.  Bishop is a moderate sized town located on Highway 395, south of Mammoth Lakes on the east side of the Sierras.  The Owens Valley Cruisin' Association hosts the event and the town really pitches in to make it a success.  The proceeds for the weekend event go to the Bishop Public Schools.

For several years this meet has been a favorite of our Region and a contingent of cars usually drive the several hours north to Bishop on a Friday, and return on the following Monday morning.
